Dr. Vaibhav Patel completed his MBBS from the prestigious BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, followed by a Master’s in Anaesthesia and Critical Care from V.S. Hospital. With extensive experience as a freelance Anaesthesiologist, he has managed anaesthesia across corporate hospitals, multispeciality facilities, trust-based institutions, and mono clinics.
Beyond his medical expertise, Dr. Patel has been actively involved in hospital administration, having attended multiple workshops and seminars on HR and NABH management. He plays a key role in hospital staff development, frequently conducting training sessions on BLS, ACLS, life-saving protocols, and biomedical waste management.

Dr. Anand Barot earned his BAMS from Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar. He brings with him over 15 years of service from the Government Health Department, where he worked as a Medical Officer at various Primary Health Centres. His expertise lies in hospital administration, particularly in developing and implementing NABH and NQAS protocols.
Throughout his career, Dr. Barot has been an active trainer and mentor, having led multiple district-level workshops on TB, Malaria, Immunization, RBSK, IMNCI, and ASHA worker training programs. His dedication to structured healthcare delivery now continues at Pagarav Hospital, Gandhinagar.
